A little clarity before you begin.
Practical answers to common questions. For details about your own plans, contact us.
How do I start an interior project?
Start with your space, location, approximate area and what you want to improve. The project planner helps you prepare a useful brief for the first conversation.
Can you work with an existing space?
Renovation and remodelling are part of our service range. The scope depends on the existing condition, access and agreed requirements.
What affects the project budget?
Area, scope, materials, custom furniture, building services, site condition and project timing all affect cost. Request a written, itemised scope before committing.
How long does a project take?
Timing depends on the design work, approvals, procurement and site scope. A project-specific programme should be agreed after the brief and site conditions are understood.
Can I bring inspiration images or an existing floor plan?
Yes. Bring them to your consultation to explain your preferences. Please avoid sending private documents in an initial website enquiry.
What happens after the first conversation?
The next step is to clarify requirements and agree an appropriate scope, which may include site review, concept design and a proposal.
Do inspiration images show completed work or fixed packages?
No. The inspiration gallery contains reference images and illustrated concepts, as labelled. It is separate from verified completed-project work and does not represent fixed packages. Your project needs its own brief, materials and agreed scope.
