Information you provide
When you submit an enquiry, you may provide your name, email address, subject and message. Please include only information relevant to your enquiry and avoid sending sensitive identity or financial documents.
How enquiries are used
Enquiry details are used to review your request and respond to you. Website administrators can access submitted enquiries. Email and website hosting providers may process this information as part of operating the service.
Website operation
WordPress and installed services may use cookies or technical logs for essential operation, security and administration. Your browser provides controls for cookies.
Recruitment applications
Recruitment applications include the form details you provide and your PDF CV. Accepted recruitment information and PDFs are encrypted and kept in private storage outside the public website directory. A local malware scanner checks PDFs before acceptance and before an authorized private download. Files that cannot pass the document checks are refused. The scanner does not send the CV to an external scanning service. Access follows the existing authorized application-review permissions.
Recruitment retention review
Our policy schedules closed recruitment applications for review six calendar months after a documented final decision. A missing historical decision date is flagged for manual review rather than guessed. Open applications are flagged for monthly review; withdrawal and deletion requests receive earlier review. Holds and removal decisions require documented owner approval. Review reports do not automatically erase applications or files. Recruitment information is not automatically added to a talent pool or used for marketing.

Write to contact@aristocity.com, attention Business owner / privacy requests, or use our contact page. You can ask about your information or request access, correction or removal. We verify identity and consider applicable obligations and holds before acting.
Planning tools and saved choices
The planning tool builds a note in your browser without sending an enquiry. Copy and download actions are controlled by you. On Aristocity, choosing Use in enquiry temporarily stores the note in this tab session so it can be added to the contact form; it is removed from that temporary storage after it is added. You must review and submit the contact form yourself.
These planning tools do not require an account and do not place orders or process payments.
